How do we pay?

Set an appointment.
Pay online for visit and first hour of service.
If in-house service in impractical, you will be provided a quote and will pay after the service is complete.
If service could not be completed, you don’t pay.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simplest way is online. Look at the bottom of the page.
If you prefer, contact us to make an appointment.

What information should be provided when scheduling?

Succinctly describe your service request.
In some instances, your description can help us prepare for the service and even decide that it can’t be performed in-house, saving an in-house visit and fee.

Why is there such a long wait before service can be provided?

In short, because we are a small business that focuses on quality and transparency:
Some problems can be solved in minutes while others require hours.
If we stack service requests, you may wait for days before it’s your computer’s turn.
We don’t take you or your information as hostages–If we are unavailable, you know upfront.

Computer rental program:

How can we rent a computer? If your computer is being fixed, ask our representative to loan you a computer
What is the cost? $15 per day
What is included? A computer only, which can be connected to your existing monitor/TV, keyboard and mouse
Is there paperwork involved? Yes, you will receive an email with an agreement form or if you prefer, a paper form
What kind of computer is it? A mini desktop computer. Its size is no bigger than a small cereal box
Does it include Wifi and Bluetooth? Yes
What is the operating system? Windows 11
What apps will be installed? Basic apps for web browsing, office work, media playing, and so on. You can install additional apps
Can I use my files on this computer? We can copy your files for an additional one time fee of $10
Can I game on this computer? Maybe older, low requirement games
What happens when the computer is returned? If you copied files on the computer, it is completely and irreversibly wiped out
What happens if I damage the computer? We’ll try to fix it but if can’t, you’ll have to pay for damages as stated in agreement

Do you repair phone and gaming consoles?

We do not currently repair phones. Gaming console repair is limited to port replacements in case your HDMI / power / USB ports got damaged. Hopefully, we can expand our services in the future to include such and additional devices.
